Jazz Fest Sarajevo
The 21st annual Jazz Fest Sarajevo will be held from October 31 until November 5, bringing over twenty concert programs, including special program Musick and Magick of John Zorn, which will present eleven ensembles in three days at nine different concerts, ranging from chamber music to heavy metal fusion.
Concerts will be held by, among others, legendary guitarist and singer James Blood Ulmer, and icons of improvised music – bassist William Parker and drummer Hamid Drake. The majority of musicians are from the USA and they will hold 15 concerts in total. The projects of 43 B&H musicians will also be presented at the festival, and you can purchase or book tickets at www.jazzfest.ba.
