Oatmeals: Perfect for a Quick and Healthy breakfast
Oatmeal is a great choice for breakfast because oatmeal is extremely rich with proteins, minerals, vitamins and amino acids.
Oatmeal with chocolate and wild berries
spoon of chia seeds + about 4 tablespoons of water
500 ml of oat or almond milk
100 g oatmeal
tablespoon of cocoa powder
tablespoon of honey
About 50 g of forest fruits (blueberries, raspberries)
Soak chia seeds to swell while preparing the porridge. Then place them in a bowl, pour over the water, stir and leave for ten minutes. Heat the milk along with the cocoa! When it boils, add the oatmeal, which you need to cook to the desired density over a low heat, stirring occasionally and taking care not to boil. When it’s done, add honey and chia seeds, stir and garnish with wild berries and enjoy!
Oatmeal with apples and cinnamon
60 g oatmeal
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
150 ml of oat milk
spoon of coconut oil
Peel an apple and cut it into cubes. Heat the coconut oil in a pan and add the apples. Simmer until soft, then add the cinnamon and stir, then set aside. Heat the milk, then add the oatmeal. When cooked, add the apples to the cinnamon and stir everything! You can also add honey!
